Lead workshops and clearly document gaps and provide actionable recommendations per industry standards. Work together with technical analysts to perform thorough analysis and designs. Lead read out sessions, captures feedback and ensure resolution. Skills and Experience Required Required Demonstrated experience in performing current state analysis of large enterprise IT systems. Strong knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Business Management) business processes which ensure smooth running for retail store operations. Strong experience defining the metrics KPIs, SLAs, SLOs Demonstrated experience in visualizing business workflows, defining objectives and performing rationalization. Desirable Skills High business process aptitude Excellent team player Excellent communication skills Experience working in onshore/offshore model.
