Inventory Manager

Join Our Team at Caron Scientific!Caron Scientific, a leading provider of advanced environmental testing and controlled environment equipment, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Inventory Manager to join our Marietta Team.Lead, manage, and develop inventory team members responsible for receiving, storage, and movement of raw materialsEnsure materials are stocked in the appropriate work cells to support short and long-term production schedulesCreate, release, and close ERP work tickets in coordination with production builds, to ensure inventory and financial accuracyUtilize ERP modules to conduct cycle counts that validate inventory accuracy and identify any discrepanciesProactively run reports to identify inventory discrepancies and work closely with Engineering, Production and Purchasing to troubleshoot issuesOversee the disposition of scrap or defective inventory through ERP system and internal processes. Ensure proper handling, documentation, and disposal of non-conforming materials, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelinesCreate and update quality documents that are in-line with current procedures and larger company initiativesMaintaining clean and safe working environmentBachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent work experienceProven experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong understanding of inventory control principles, processes, and best practicesMinimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems such as Sage, SAP, and Oracle; proven track record of utilization and understanding of supply chain modules for day-to-day operationsExperience with project management software such as Smartsheets, Monday.com or similar platforms is highly desirableExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlinesAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and maintaining inventory data integrityAbility to operate forklift, box trucks, and pallet jacksPhysically able to lift and move product weighing 50lbs+ #J-18808-Ljbffr CARON PRODUCTS & SERVICES INC PRODUCTS LN
