In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications that support our business operations. This position is ideal for a motivated full‑stack Java developer who enjoys working across the application lifecycle—from architecture and coding to troubleshooting and production support. Key Responsibilities Design, code, debug, test, and document software applications in accordance with established standard Provide timely troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and technical support for production systems Collaborate with internal and external customers, system users, and Corporate IT to gather requirements and refine solutions Apply strong analytical and conceptual thinking to solve complex technical challenges Demonstrate professionalism, ethical decision-making, and a commitment to high-quality results Required Qualifications U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2–4 years of professional software development experience Proficiency in: Java/Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and JavaScript PostgreSQL or other relational database (i.e. Oracle) Git source control Web application design and development HTML, CSS, JSON, UX fundamentals XML Preferred Skills Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Confluence (preferred) or similar alternatives REST and SOAP web services XSLT, XSD Python Jenkins build and deployment pipelines Experience with ERP or financial/business systems Experience in the government contracting industry Benefits We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
