Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and energetic approach Manage the floor and show guests to their tables Control and manage waitlist and reservations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area to promote a welcoming environment Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies with professionalism and enthusiasm Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and support overall guest relations Experience Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service roles is highly preferred, demonstrating strong guest interaction skills Previous restaurant experience is beneficial Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities Background in hospitality or hotel guest services enhances understanding of guest needs and expectations Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and adaptability Knowledge of serving techniques and customer service principles to create positive guest experiences Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a professional demeanor This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your hospitality talents can flourish.
