The Assembly Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the landing gear services facility's production floor. This position supports supervisory functions by coordinating daily work activities, guiding production staff, and monitoring equipment and process performance. The Production Lead ensures that all safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets are consistently met, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. They serve as a key liaison between management and production employees, facilitating communication, training, and problem resolution to maintain smooth operations and high employee morale. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. This position is based in Medley, FL.
