The Assembly Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the landing gear services facility's production floor. This position supports supervisory functions by coordinating daily work activities, guiding production staff, and monitoring equipment and process performance. The Production Lead ensures that all safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets are consistently met, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. They serve as a key liaison between management and production employees, facilitating communication, training, and problem resolution to maintain smooth operations and high employee morale. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. This position is based in Medley, FL. Important Notice: Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.Responsibilities:Assist in supervising all personnel and production activities on shiftMaintain thorough knowledge of production processes and equipment; report issues promptlyTrain, evaluate, and develop production staff to maintain high performanceOrganize and coordinate workflow for efficient and smooth operationsEnforce company policies, rules, procedures, and safety regulations consistentlyTake responsibility for processes, equipment, safety, housekeeping, and meeting production goals on shiftParticipate in hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee discipline as requiredAddress employee complaints and resolve work-related problems effectivelyPerform other duties as assigned to support production and facility goalsQualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent technical training, or four years related experienceProven leadership and supervisory experience preferred
