Structural Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer with experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects, from bridge and culvert design to structural rehabilitation, providing ample potential for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Perform structural design and analysis for various infrastructure projects, including bridges, culverts, and walls.
Conduct structural inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Develop and prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and estimates.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus on Highway Structures.
Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland.
Experience with public sector clients and/or local agencies.
Experience in the inspection and design of highway and transit structures, including load rating analyses.
Proficiency in CADD drafting using MicroStation and/or AutoCAD software.
