Critical Care RN - Float ICU (Peds)

Pscfl

PSCFL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead care planning and delivery for pediatric ICU and general units. You will perform assessments, implement the plan of care, document in Cerner, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS, PALS, ACLS within timeframes, and NRP within 1 year. You will float across nursing units, uphold Magnet standards, and support family-centered care with effective
