Ultrasound Technologist - Breast Care Center Swedish Health Services, Seattle, WA Location: 5300 Tallman Ave NW, Seattle, WA Responsibilities Perform a variety of sonographic examinations, including OB/GYN, abdominal, and small parts imaging. Assist the radiologist during invasive procedures. Make a clinical judgment of the patient's condition based on information obtained from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview, and personal assessments. Required Qualifications Complete an ultrasound training program; education sufficient to meet eligibility requirements for the American Registry of Diagnostic Ultrasonographers (ARDMS) registry examination. Within 1 year of hire: National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Upon hire: National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association. 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern.
