Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Lead pre-construction planning, including risk assessments and feasibility studies. Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts in a timely manner. Ensure all project documentation, permits, and approvals are in order. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless communication and project success. Track and manage subcontractor performance and contracts. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance project delivery. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of project management experience in commercial or government construction. Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Experience working on prevailing wage projects preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
