Blending Operator (Full-time) - Overnight Shift Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday Night – Friday Morning, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM. Some weekends/overtime depending on business needs.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Blending Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate and monitor production equipment Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance Accurately measure and scale ingredients Complete quality checks and record data Keep your work area clean Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED preferred 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

SKILLS:

Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred) Comfortable using computers or tablets Able to read, write, and understand English Basic math and mechanical understanding Strong attention to detail Team-oriented and dependable Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.00–$23.60. This includes a $3.00/hour shift differential. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
