LMS ARCHITECT/DEVELOPER

Equity Partner Opportunity | LMS Architect— AI Training & Compliance Consultancy We are a growing AI governance and compliance consultancy specializing in Responsible AI training, compliance assessments, and advisory services. We are building the infrastructure to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI literacy and certification programs — and we need an LMS Architect who wants to be more than a contractor. What We're Building A learning management platform purpose-built for AI governance training and regulatory readiness — serving enterprises navigating the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging state-level AI legislation. What You'll Do Architect, build, and manage our core LMS platform Design and implement learning pathways, certification workflows, and content delivery systems Integrate with third‑party tools (CRM, payment, video, compliance tracking) Advise on platform scalability as we grow from startup to enterprise client base Collaborate directly with founders on product and go‑to‑market strategy What You Bring Proven experience architecting LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Docebo, TalentLMS, custom builds, or equivalent) Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and learning content standards Experience with enterprise client deployments and SaaS delivery models Passion for AI, governance, ethics, or emerging technology Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in early‑stage environments What We Offer This is an equity‑based engagement.
