Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Mexico license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Facility: CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Christus Health.

• No previous experience allowed for Part-Time at Facility: CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Christus Health.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: - 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.

Special Requests: - Any employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained. - No scheduling requests or set schedules can be accommodated with auto offer jobs.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend requirement: 2 to 4 shifts in a month, rotated between staff. - On-call not required but may be asked if census rises.

Floating Requirements: - Will float to all Med/Surg departments under Maya Sandoval.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
