Accountabilities:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust applications while ensuring scalability, security, and performance across the technology stack. The role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions and continuously improve platform capabilities.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting healthcare technology solutions.
• Build and optimize backend services using technologies such as C#,.NET, Java, GraphQL, and serverless cloud architectures.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.
• Design and implement microservices architectures to improve scalability, reliability, and deployment efficiency.
• Develop and maintain APIs using GraphQL to enable flexible and efficient data access.
• Create and optimize cloud-based solutions using platforms such as AWS and Azure, including serverless environments.
• Design and manage complex SQL and NoSQL data architectures to support application performance and reliability.
• Leverage AWS OpenSearch for scalable search, indexing, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Implement secure software solutions aligned with healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA requirements.
• Integrate and customize rules engines to support automated decision-making workflows.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, development plans, and scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering, architecture, and development processes.
• Apply AI-first development practices using modern AI coding assistants to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
• Participate in Agile development practices, DevOps workflows, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience building enterprise-grade software solutions, strong technical expertise across full-stack development, and the ability to lead complex engineering initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, and modern UI development practices.
• Strong backend development experience with C#,.NET, Java, and scalable application architectures.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or Azure.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Experience developing and managing microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs and efficient data retrieval strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, data modeling, and complex data structures.
• Experience with AWS OpenSearch, including indexing, querying, and search performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and modern development tools.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in healthcare technology, claims processing, or regulated environments is a plus.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is advantageous.
• Experience developing iOS and Android applications or cross-platform mobile solutions is a bonus.
