responsibilities:

Analyze and maintain project costs at the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) level including control budgets, commitments, incurred costs, and forecasts using EcoSys and Excel.
Perform earned value measurements and engage directly with Project Managers to anticipate forecast impacts, review transactions, and reforecast project costs.
Prepare timely project change orders in accordance with PMO standards and execute monthly close processes to deliver accurate capital cost estimates and reports.
Partner and liaise with Project Managers, Field Cost Analysts, and the broader controls team to maintain alignment on project progress, risks, and changes.
Structure and maintain project WBS to facilitate cost control and meet accounting asset closeout requirements, while providing invoice coding guidance to Engineering Cost Associates.
