The Arc Western Montana is hiring a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Easy St Group Home, supporting adults with developmental disabilities. This vacancy is available due to an internal promotion. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a dedicated team of caregivers while ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for the people we serve. You'll provide direct care, support clients with daily activities, and coordinate essential services that help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives. You won't work all these hours!
