Responsibilities:

• Conduct wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for our residents
• Provide wound care services, including dressing changes, debridement, and compression therapy
• Educate residents and their families on wound care and prevention techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Document resident care and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal wound care outcomes

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
