PhoenixAI is looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us make roughly 30 go-to-market hires over the next 12 months. Sales is the primary focus, spanning Enterprise AE, Sales Engineering, and SDR, with coverage extending across marketing, customer success, and other GTM functions as the plan evolves.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle role. You'll work directly with GTM hiring managers and senior leadership from intake through offer negotiation, and you'll have real latitude to shape how we recruit as we scale.

This is a hybrid position in Menlo Park, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.
• Build and manage pipeline for competitive roles through sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Recruit across the GTM spectrum, including technical field roles such as Sales Engineering and Solutions Architecture, partnering with technical interviewers to set and hold a consistent bar.
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and candidate experience.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process.
• Lead offer negotiation and close, working directly with candidates through to acceptance.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) to inform hiring strategy.
• Establish and refine scalable recruiting processes, tooling, and documentation as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM/sales hiring in B2B SaaS.
• Track record recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally at a Series B or similar growth stage.
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of filling competitive roles without relying on inbound volume.
• Hands-on with Rippling (or a comparable ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable owning scheduling and coordination where needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with experience partnering directly with sales and marketing executives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building process from scratch.
• Experience recruiting technical field roles (SE / SA / pre-sales) a plus.
• Familiarity with the data infrastructure, database, or AI/ML space a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The base salary for this role is projected at $120,000 – $150,000 annually, plus eligibility for PhoenixAI's bonus program.
