Hospice PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Flexible Schedule Location: Tyler and Surrounding Areas Looking for a PRN nursing role where you can make a difference without committing to a full-time schedule? What You’ll Do: Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities. Complete PRN visits, admissions, or support visits as needed. Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team. Provide education and support to patients and families. Document visits and care using a company-provided tablet. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team. What We’re Looking For: Active Texas RN license. Strong assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently in the field.
