• Current nursing license
• Experience in ICU settings
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate patient care tasks.
• Support facility leadership in ensuring high quality and safe nursing care.
• Manage resources related to patient care effectively.
