Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 47.5 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Ability to continually walk, stand, kneel, stoop, and handle products throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties:

• Pick products accurately for store replenishment and online customer orders
• Pack and load products for shipment to retail locations
• Verify product accuracy and quantities before shipment
• Load and secure merchandise onto outbound trucks
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized by removing cardboard, debris, and other materials
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Support general distribution center operations as needed
