Prepare RFQ/RFP leading to A&E contracts, construction contracts, design‑build contracts and other consulting and construction agreements. Review proposals and recommend contract awards. Manage the design and construction phases of assigned projects. Administer project budgets and schedules. Prepare and present construction progress reports. Plan, supervise and evaluate performance of assigned staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires 12 hour work days when involved in supervision of staff working on special projects. Five to six years of job related experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
