About the Role: This position will support the

Cat Converge Suite Product Team

as a bridge between North American Caterpillar dealers and product teams. The role will focus on

business process modeling, dealer discovery, requirements development, process validation, and cross-functional collaboration

to support product delivery and improve alignment between dealer business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Own and document

end-to-end business processes

across Levels 4–6 Work directly with Caterpillar dealers to generate and validate business requirements Lead

Dealer Discovery Workshops

and prepare supporting materials and questions Partner with Product Teams to assess

fit/gap against Microsoft Dynamics 365

capabilities Validate proposed solutions with dealers and obtain stakeholder sign-off Maintain

Mavim

process flows, documentation, and operational playbooks Develop and maintain detailed

business process flows Document dealer requirements and support

Functional Design Document (FDD)

sign-off Conduct solution demos to support dealer education and discovery Gather insights from the

Dealer Advisory Board Coach dealers on Dynamics 365 and Cat Converge Suite Perform business process modeling, analysis, and improvement Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners

Requirements: 2–4 years of relevant experience Degree in

Finance or Accounting

or relevant Finance/Accounting certifications Experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms Experience working with

global stakeholders and customers Experience with

Mavim or similar process modeling tools Experience documenting business requirements and process flows Experience with

Functional Design Documents (FDDs) Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills Ability to translate

business needs into system requirements Strong analytical, structured thinking, communication, and documentation skills Strong

accounting/finance background Must be local to

Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, or Peoria
