Business Development Consultants are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in an assigned region. They are the first point of contact with customers and are responsible for the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with the company vision and values. In addition, they execute sales plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area via trade shows, homeowners' associations, and industry events Develop a territory growth plan and manage prospective customer lifecycle via Salesforce CRM Prepare for appointments by executing prospective client research, tailoring sales materials, and leveraging available resources. Meet with prospective clients to secure their business. Meet client timelines and deliverables for service via close coordination with operation stakeholders. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and training Strong business acumen with a background in sales, relationship development and/or excellent customer experience Experience analyzing financial reports, in a complex, fast-paced environment Available to travel as needed (up to 20% or more) Working knowledge of Salesforce.Professional Office Environment Available to work Monday-Friday Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
