The projects vary depending on the field. Develop Technical and Analytical Skills: Gain proficiency in tools and technologies used at Toyota such as programing languages, data visualization platforms, or manufacturing systems. Networking and collaboration: Grow professional network through participating in team meetings and communicating cross-functionally. Process Improvement and Innovation: Interns are encouraged to observe current practices and suggest improvements. This may include observing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, proposing new methods, or supporting implementation.
