Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). 3 years of experience in Cloud storage and the overall public cloud ecosystem including customer requirements, market trends, competitive positioning. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field. 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, Developer Relations, and Outbound Product Management. 3 years of experience in software development or engineering, including building and scaling vector search, vector databases, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) products within cloud services. Experience with the Generative AI and Agent ecosystem, including agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and enterprise AI platforms. Experience taking developer-facing APIs, SDKs, or AI platforms from concept to General Availability. The ability to effectively, efficiently, and ethically interact with artificial intelligence systems to drive productivity and achieve desired outcomes. Benchmark competitive products and extract actionable insights to shape product strategy and drive the roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate adoption and revenue growth. Navigate the challenges of building retrieval systems for exabytes of data, ensuring optimal price-performance for cost-sensitive, high-scale vector search workloads.
