What youll be doing

• Validating equipment and control systems then writing the protocols and summary reports that document the results
• Leading process development and continuous improvement for both new and existing products
• Supporting and leading non-conformance investigations and CAPA closure
• Driving capital equipment projects for new and upgraded manufacturing lines
• Running time studies value stream analysis and lean manufacturing initiatives across the operations team

About you

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Engineering degree with hands-on experience designing modifying and implementing processes and equipment
• Comfortable with CAD software and statistical analysis in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong technical writer who can translate complex validation work into clear documentation
• Familiar with lean tools - value stream mapping flow analysis time studies
