Berkadia is seeking a VP - Senior Underwriter for Agency Affordable Housing to lead underwriting of sophisticated affordable multifamily transactions under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs. You will collaborate across Origination, GPO, Closing, Servicing, and Legal to structure, underwrite, approve, and close deals that meet Agency and Berkadia credit standards. The role requires deep knowledge of affordability restrictions, regulatory agreements, subsidies, and tax credits, along with a #J-18808-Ljbffr Berkadia
