Schedule - Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Full Time - Starting Pay Range $21 - $26 per hour based on experienceDay to Day Warehouse Team Member ActivitiesProvide excellent customer service to all Gensco customers and fellow Team MembersReceive in product shipments, unload, and put away products in warehouse bin locationPick customer orders, verify order accuracy, and prepare for deliveryOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacksAssist fellow Team Members as neededWarehouse Team Member RequirementsMust have High School Diploma or GEDAbility to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 poundsAbility to frequently work at heights up to 30 feetRegular, consistent attendance for scheduled shiftsPerks/Company CulturePaid weekly – paid every Thursday for the prior work weekPaid on the job training – including material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacksClean, safe, and well-organized warehouse facilitiesTeam Member appreciation daysEssential business – able to remain fully operational during pandemic lockdown periodsPromotional opportunitiesAbout GenscoGensco, Inc. is a successful HVAC wholesale distributor and manufacturer doing business in the Pacific Northwest for over 75 years.
