In this role, you'll deliver friendly, accurate, and professional service while helping members manage their day-to-day financial needs and connect with solutions that support their financial goals. What you'll do As a Member Services Representative, you will: Provide exceptional service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channels Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions Assist members with account inquiries, products, and services Open and maintain accounts, including remote account assistance Process and disburse member loans Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies Support members with online financial services and general account access Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs Maintain accurate records while adhering to all policies and procedures Assist with branch operations, including phones, scanning, filing, and data entry What we're looking for Experience 13 years of customer service, financial services, cash handling, or related experience preferred Education High School Diploma or GED required Skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and confidentiality Proficiency with computers and ten-key calculators Ability to build relationships and provide tailored solutions What success looks like Accurately processing transactions and balancing daily Responding to member needs promptly and effectively Identifying opportunities to enhance members' financial well-being Contributing to a positive, team-focused work environment Why join us?
