Program Manager, Strategy & Operations (Remote)

We are seeking a Program Manager, Strategy & Operations to join the Office of the President. In this role, you will serve as the quarterback for our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), driving the disciplined execution and operational excellence required to meet Aledade’s strategic priorities. As a strategic operator and internal consultant, you will partner with leaders across the organization to turn high-level vision into actionable outcomes. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between strategy and execution—fostering cross-functional collaboration, proactively addressing roadblocks, and ensuring our teams remain aligned with our most ambitious goals.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
