RN/LPN Home Health | 7a - 7p | Temp Assignment

NurseCore is seeking a highly skilled  RN or LPN for a temporary 3 - 4 month high-acuity home health assignment in NW Las Vegas . This is an adult quadriplegic male patient in a private home with family present.  Wed - Fri | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 

• 12-hour shifts | Wed - Fri | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (days subject to change)
• 3 - 4 month assignment

Responsibilities:

• G-tube, ventilator, and tracheostomy management
• Intimate personal care tasks
• Safe patient handling and transfers (bed, wheelchair, vehicle)

Compensation:

• $40/hour – LPN
• $55/hour – RN
• $1,250 Sign-On Bonus (case-specific)

Bonus Structure:

• $500 paid after completion of training
• $750 paid at completion of assignment

Requirements:

• High-acuity home health or similar experience
• Strong clinical judgment with complex care patients
• Physical strength and stamina
• Reliable, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication skills in a family home environment
• Polished professional appearance and nails kept short

Credential Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in Nevada
• More than 1-year post grad clinical experience
• Current hands-on CPR certification
• Negative TB test within the past 12 months
• Successful background check clearance
