Position 1: Janitorial Technician

Job Summary

The Janitorial Technician is responsible for performing routine cleaning and sanitation services to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and visitors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Position 2: Day Porter

Job Summary

The Day Porter provides ongoing cleaning, maintenance, and customer service support throughout the workday to ensure facilities remain clean, stocked, and presentable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas throughout the shift
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly
• Restock restroom and facility supplies
• Remove litter and debris from interior and exterior areas
• Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and cleaning requests
• Set up and break down meeting rooms or event spaces as needed
• Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance issues
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, or facility maintenance experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Reliable and professional work ethic
