Paid training Health, dental and vision insurance Bonus program for after hours on-call Great culture and team dynamic Team Qualifications Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude Fluent in English Valid driver\'s license with a clean record Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed Ability to lift minimum 25 LBS frequently Certifications: WRT, ASD , FSRT, Asbestos Systems: MICA, Matterport, Nextgear (RMS), Itel, Pro-assist Must be technology savvy Minimum 2 year of experience Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities) High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Project Manager. Ability to appropriately document work in Nextgear (RMS), take adequate photos, submit 24-hr report, MICA upload etc. Ability to complete moisture readings, determine coverage, facilitate approvals with adjusters, scope/sketch job, schedule vendors i.e. plumbers, roofers, testing, dumpsters etc. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment. Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule. Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary. You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
