Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms; identify and respond to dysrhythmias; document findings accurately in the EMR
- Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders; manage patient safety and timely escalation of concerns
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patients on telemetry, adjusting care plans with the multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and allied staff to ensure effective handoffs and patient flow
- Provide patient and family education relevant to telemetry care, treatment plans, and discharge planning
- Float to nearby facilities within NH as needed and maintain competency for high-acuity med-surg patients

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license; NHISS required prior to start
- Licenses verification with all active RN licenses (NURSYS) at submission
- Up-to-date resume showing 2+ years of experience in Telemetry or the applicable specialty; travel experience documented
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
- Dysrhythmia examination required during onboarding with an 80% score preferred
- EMR experience preferred (Cerner); willingness to float to nearby facilities as needed
- Minimum 1-2 years of medical-surgical experience; willingness to work in a high-acuity telemetry setting; open to Critical Care RNs who are fluent with med-surg ratios and acuity
- RTO requests must be included at time of submission; valid driver's license with address matching demographics
