Procurement Specialist

The role will be responsible for supporting the procurement and parts/service sales functions of the Scheuch family of companies. CAMCORP is located in Lenexa, Kansas and is part of the Scheuch Group and is a family‑owned business with headquarters in Austria. Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist to support daily purchasing operations and collaborate across sourcing, engineering, sales, and project teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials and services are delivered accurately and on time. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Procurement Specialist, based in the Kansas City metropolitan area, with the flexibility for some remote work. Key Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders for MRO, parts, and standard materials Track orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines Support RFQs, pricing comparisons, and supplier coordination Maintain accurate pricing and vendor data within our ERP system Communicate order status and updates to internal teams Assist with cost‑saving initiatives, supplier onboarding, and sourcing projects Resolve order discrepancies and maintain accurate purchasing records What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0–3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related area Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; ERP experience is a plus Self‑motivated with a strong interest in building a career in procurement or supply chain About our Team We value accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
