Fractional CFO

Serving as a Fractional CFO for multiple clients, the full-time remote position will manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting while providing strategic business advice to help small and mid-sized businesses improve profitability and make informed decisions. Key responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management initiatives for clients Review and interpret financial statements, providing actionable insights to business owners Support the firm's accounting team through leadership, training, and mentorship Required qualifications 8+ years of overall accounting experience 3+ years in a CFO, Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior finance leadership role Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Experience with small and mid-sized businesses Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
