Production Mixer Operator

Set up and operate the Vemag to portion and form products to spec. Load dough into the hopper and keep the line running steadily. Check bar/product weights and appearance; adjust settings and record results. Perform changeovers (dies, nozzles) for different bar/product sizes. Follow GMPs, allergen controls, and food safety procedures. Clean and sanitize the machine and work area. Do basic troubleshooting such as clearing jams, and report issues to the supervisor. Follow safety rules, including lockout/tagout and required PPE. Stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. The shift is 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts. The pay rate is $18.50/hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr Operation Support Inc
