Salary: $ 28 - $ 45 / Hour

Full time and part time schedules available in and near the city of Hesperia.

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Hesperia $28/hr)

Friday-Sunday & Wednesday 7am-7pm; 7pm-7am | Sunday 7pm-7am (Wrightwood $35/hr)

Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm (Apple Valley $45/hr)

Monday- Friday 9pm-5am (Barstow $45/hr)

Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm and or 9pm-5am (Barstow $45/hr)

Maxim Healthcare in San Bernardino is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
