The position:

We are looking for someone to join our team in St. George, Utah.

In this position you will:

• Manage an assigned book of business consisting of Producer and house accounts
• Assist Producers as needed on accounts that are part of their book of business
• Assist customers with policy and coverage questions on a day-to-day basis
• Lead the quoting process for both new and renewal business, including preparing applications, preparing quotes on carrier websites, binding coverage, etc.
• Process and manage change requests for customers
• Assist customers with claims questions
• Process daily calls and e-mails from customers, producers and underwriters in a timely manner
• Maintain client files in the agency management system in an orderly and up-to-date manner
• Manage invoicing on agency billed policies
• Other duties as assigned

 

What makes you successful:

A successful Personal Lines Account Manager needs to:

• Preferably have five to ten years of experience in the insurance industry
• Be trustworthy, ethical, hardworking, self-motivated and goal oriented
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Be willing to learn and take directions
• Ability to use technology to efficiently manage a large workload
