Quality Technician We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team on the 1st shift. In this role, you will perform inspections, measurements, tests, and data collection to ensure components and finished products meet quality standards. You will play a critical role in identifying nonconformances, maintaining inspection records, supporting root-cause investigations, and ensuring consistent product quality throughout production. Responsibilities Assist with the development and documentation of Quality Management System (QMS) processes, procedures, and control criteria. Document, update, and maintain quality standards, visual guides, and inspection criteria. Enter daily inspection results into quality databases. Maintain communication and coordination with the testing facility. Manage the document control process in accordance with standards. Conduct product tear-downs and dimensional verifications as needed. Perform in-line audits of manufacturing processes and products. Perform root cause analysis to determine the source of customer complaints and support corrective action implementations. Adhere to safety rules and regulations. Essential Skills 3 years of experience as a quality technician Valid driver's license Ability to lift approximately 40 pounds Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to use GO / NOGO gauges Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic ERP entry work for Non-conformances Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Byron Center, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
