Night Auditor Part Time

Job Overview The Kingston Resorts is a 145 acre oceanfront resort on the north end of Myrtle Beach. The resort hosts the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royale Palms. This part‑time Night Auditor position is located at Embassy Suites in Myrtle Beach. Responsibilities As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's ongoing commitment to guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would: Audit, post and balance daily cashier’s work for outlets, including Rooms and Food & Beverage. Ensure the credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists. Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members. Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance. Qualifications Must be able to work the night shift. Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Night Auditor at a hotel. Experience working at the front desk of a hotel is a plus. Cash handling and credit experience. Must possess the ability to post and balance large amounts of charges efficiently and accurately. Knowledge of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, payroll, etc. Compensation & Benefits $17.00 hourly. Free lunch. Free membership to the Health Club on property.
