Position: Accounts Payable/Receivables Office Clerk Location: Muscle Shoals, AL Job Id: 508 # of Openings: 1 Title: Office Clerk Reports To: Office Manager Status: 32 hours per week Job Requirements Knowledge of general office procedures High School Diploma or GED Computer skills including Word, Excel, and email Ability to perform numerical calculations – 10 key skills Ability to maintain records and filing system Ability to maintain confidentiality Work as part of a team Able to interact with internal and external customers in a courteous manner Solid communication skills both written and verbal Job Summary Office duties will vary based on the business need. Functions may include answering phones, data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintain folders, and any other duties that may arise.
