Registered Nurse – Operating Room / Surgery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Assist with and support a broad range of surgical specialties including robotics, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required throughout surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and adhere to facility protocols and standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room or surgical nursing specialty
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated competency across multiple surgical specialties

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Prior travel nursing experience with adaptability to varied OR environments
