In this full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various clinical, administrative, and financial tasks to support our clinical operations. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of MDS documentation, including assessments, care plans, and quality measures, to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete MDS data.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize MDS data accuracy, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of MDS assessments, care plans, and quality measures.

Requirements:

• Must have a strong background in MDS coordination, preferably with experience in a long-term care setting.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
