West Henderson Hospital Location: Southwest corner of Raiders Parkway and St. Rose Parkway, near the Las Vegas Raiders' headquarters in The Valley Health System. The 150‑bed hospital serves patients with a variety of medical needs. Hospital Services Emergency care (24/7) Advanced cardiac services, including cardiac catheterization labs Interventional radiology lab for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions Neurology care Surgical procedures for general surgery, orthopedics, and weight loss Gastroenterology/endoscopy procedures Advanced imaging Laboratory services Respiratory services Inpatient nursing Job Description Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient‑Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times. BSN preferred. Experience: One year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course. License/Certification: Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification (Adult patients). Current PALS certification (Pediatric patients) or current NRP certification (Neonatal patients) as required. Other certifications as may be required by facility, specialty or department.
