The posted compensation range of $25.60 - $43.12 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Installs, operates and maintains all heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems and maintains medical air compressors in order to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., minor electrical and plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members. Works under minimal supervision. Mentors and coaches staff in technical areas.

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D
• Two years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, service and repair.
• Valid Driver License
• Refrigeration Journeyman, preferred
