Brewer

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Brewer to join our team at the all new Wisdom Brewing located in historic downtown North Wilkesboro, NC. As a Brewer, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality beer while maintaining our equipment and ensuring a safe work environment. If you have a love for brewing and a commitment to craftsmanship, we would be thrilled to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and brew beer according to established recipes and standards. Monitor fermentation processes and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal product quality. Maintain brewing equipment, including cleaning, sanitizing, and conducting regular inspections. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the brewing process. Collaborate with team members on new recipes and product development initiatives. Assist in inventory management of raw materials, ensuring timely ordering of supplies. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the brewing process to minimize downtime. Participate in quality control testing to uphold our brand’s standards. Qualifications: A passion for brewing with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a brewery or similar environment preferred. Knowledge of beer styles, ingredients, and brewing techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times. A willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-evolving industry.
