Customer Support Engineer (Mechanical)

To ensure all queries are dealt with by the correct department in a timely manner. Working with all relevant departments to investigate customer claims and working to reduce claims using the in-house quality system Being able to communicate efficiently with customers and all departments Requirements CAD experience Customer service experience required Engineering background (Mechanical preferred) A friendly, professional telephone/email manner Data entry (excel and in house CRM system) Hardworking Good at working under pressure Willing to learn Time management Company Information Based in Huddersfield, they are a market leader in their bespoke industrial product and in all aspects from design to servicing.
