Automotive Sales Consultant

Capital Lincoln Mazda of Cary is seeking a driven, customer-focused Mazda Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the Mazda brand, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while delivering an exceptional, personalized experience from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner both in-person and online Build rapport and identify customer needs to recommend the right Mazda vehicles Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance with confidence and enthusiasm Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience Stay current on Mazda products, features, and dealership inventory Follow up with customers to build long‑term relationships and generate referrals Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Handle additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Motivated, results‑driven, and goal‑oriented Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment Basic computer skills for managing CRM and customer information Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass pre‑employment background screenings What We Offer Competitive pay Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and career development Why Capital?
