We are seeking a self-motivated leader to operate injection molding machinery and train incoming team members. Duties of the lead machine operator:

• Operate injection molding machinery and press machines efficiently to ensure jobs are not over or under run
• Lead, train, and assist new operators on proper procedures including labeling, box making, scales, and line operations
• Monitor part quality continuously and record production numbers in the system at the end of each daily shift
• Maintain active communication with the supervisor regarding any production issues, problems, or discrepancies

Requirements of the lead machine operator:

• 24 years of professional experience as an injection molding operator required
• Ability to stand for the entirety of a 10-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
